Nothing to be liked about the company.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary was never provided on time. Demoralizing and defaming is a continuous thing in the company.

Nothing destroyed my career and life and respect.this trauma what done by arss that destroys my life and i can not belive other organisations.i cant forget after 5 years.

Dislikes

They forced employee to do job against that you feel right and legal.they dont bother to listen your pray insted they forced you to sign their own ducuments before fire from job unless they dont give you salary or your right of work for the month.what you forced to sign they did not give you any copy but they keep it thinking may be used for future.who devotedly worked for them and go out last of employee ,he was totally misbehaved from Amit Sarogi and talks rudly without cause.they dont bother you pass law and you learned.all were done in front of their office camera so i declared.but i didnot complain then as my salary was matter and my mother was seek so require medicine for her.and my god knows and if they did good then why should I write down my bad experience here in illaborately.

This was my first major selection by renowned CACSLLB AMIT SARAOGI sir,, the company earlier was near tea board later shifted to SRIJAN TECH PARK salt lake, extremely supportive senior legal associate s and recruiters at ARSS legal.namely ANUSUYA MA'AM AND MOUMITA MA'AM.Environment was encouraging and inspiring.i left the job owing to distance from my house,, daily commuting was difficult.

I loved ARSS LEGAL KOLKATA.I don't dislike anything.
