Facilities were superb. Salary on time. Hood bonus. Lunch from company. Free hand working. Support on requirement. Client working.

Being client, have to much meetings. Have to justify many times for certain things.

There's lot of scope to transform itself from a lala company to a corporate.

...are not fulfilled. There's cases that employee left within a month of joining. Salary delayed by months. They understand only one language, money coming in. Not very trade friendly company.

Management of Arshiya are too pathetic and harassing. There are no growth here. Salary waiting period 3 months after that you should be beg for your salary. They even not provide health insurance also pf. After any employee resign they even not gives full and final settlement.

...esnot have growth model. They have build up huge model with no buying customers. Financially company has very weak position and not able to provide salary to its members. It also results into rapid member number reduction since company was not able to pay. Joining this company is on individual risk.

The internal politics of General Manger Mr Samshudin Fakir is very bad he is just looking for his own income and is more interested for scrap materials as I gets an good commission from it also he takes money for the staff to get selected in arshiya company and who ever cross him he directly start torching the person and there are many things like it about him and the reson to left arshiya company is because of Samshudin Fakir also i want to tell you that i have many proof about him and i am going to do it as well.
