Good company for freshers and learners. Good work environment. On time salary. Familiar Staff. No work load and no extra targets. Suggestions are always welcomed by management. Good learners can develop their skill under supervision.

Dislikes

Salaries and increment's are comparatively less. Need more professionalism. Need more qualified professional staff. Training required to technical staff to understand market requirements. Strict supervision required on production and purchase. Direct purchase from manufacturing companies can cut down purchase budget. Production should stream line with sales to achieve on time delivery. Salaries and increment's should be wrt qualification, skill and experience.

Likes

It was a good environment to learn with good colleagues. Although there was strong pressure to deliver, I always had plenty of opportunities and good guidance and support. The company also really looked after its employees with parties, support for underprivileged employees' families etc.

Pressure was significantly greater during difficult times, which while understandable can sometimes make it more difficult to work and arrive at solutions.

No company is perfect. While we grow, there are things that are evolving (updating technology technology, adding office space, formalizing procedures, etc.) that come along with any growing company. It's important to not get hung up on what's wrong, but to focus on what is happening that is right and the progress in actions (not just words) that support that.
