Arsh Infotech Services that is at Thane West Road no 16 Amfotech Park which is on first floor Only Like is the timings that is from 10:00 - 19:00 Process is SHRI RAM LIFE INSURANCE

This company's seniors are horrible.They do not have professionalism.Like Team Leader just like Pushpa Singh.She is a horrible person who has no respect for the senoirs as well as for elders also. She also uses abusive language to the customers on the phone. Also the seniors force us to take SIM CARDS on our name ( AADHAR CARD ID PROOF) because to put that cards on the dailer.So if card is in spam or it is in DND they again force us to take sim cards.Which is against the law of the Government of India.One person can take only 9 sim cards on his/her name.Also the team managers uses abusive language on the floor.If the telecaller cannot make leads they force us to call our relatives to take Shri Ram Life Insurance.They also pressurize us if also the target has been met.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
