Strict timings 9.30 you should be in dealer shop and again 6 pm you should visit dealer shop. 10 site visits mandatory daily basis and physically you will feel pain due to lot of traveling and mentally you should be ready for any type of mouthwar with your manager. Every hour they will check your location and site visits

Timing is rigit. Though work is over employees should not go on time but they should come office on time. If any one is violated the hod/managers will not provide considerable hike. Only senior's who work many years /hod's/managers only benefit from the hike/promotion leaving others with meagre hike. You wont get hike more than 13% in any year. The people who contibuted less to the work but no come on time go late will get good hike.

Worst HR policies I have ever seen. Disparity in HR policies are evidently visible. They'll not provide increments on time. 500% the organization will give benefits only to the sales people denying increments on time, incentives, other benefits to non sales departments. Since the sales people could not be offered leave on Saturday's there is no weekend off for non sales also

Poor manpower handling , cross department managers will interfere in your routine work , there is always an eye behind you to watch what you are doing and skills doesn’t matter here only hierarchy matters.
