When i joined as a fresher, i was given training initially on manual testing & my team was very friendly & helpful whenver i asked them doubts. They used to respond to my doubts. & after 2years, they also trained me for selenium with java & that helped me to automate test scripts & that's when i became automation test engineer. Overall good. I got to learn & work at arrow bench which helped me explore new tools.

Dislikes

Since it's a startup, the team size will be less & work per head will be little more when compared to other big companies. But it's best company where u can learn & work on skills as teammates are also very supportive & encouraging. If u are not open to learn new skills & if u just want to stick onto ur old skilks, then this is not the company for u.
