Good work environment and culture, teammates are supportive but management is not good , small cafeteria and no gaming zone , company policies are good . appraisals are fair

We are going office only 3 days the rest of the days we do work from home. Every week the office is sanitised. We follow all the guidelines of WHO in our office. Very flexible hours provided us to do work.

I liked the process of the system , they do have some errors still , if we understand the process too good for the software and process

1. Politics 2. Manipulation 3.gm is very rude to everyone, helps favourite people, growth them in the system giving them the pramotion which they don't have a proper experience for example A passed out student from clg , from intern to designer in 1 to 2 month after 8 months sr. Designer Which took support of from gm for sales , later project got escalated without the experience transferred them to seniors to do back end work , and giving collection appreciation to the person who didn't do any work there 4.demotivating people ...killing their confidence, making rumors about them that they are not capable of .. 5. Making them resign on their own , or leaving without notice is hyd team mangers speciality 6. Team manager have favourites designer who will not take care of other designers 7. If management wants to know any real faces of them please call for the ex designers who left the company for the feed back 8. No work life balance 9. They will allow us to take our own holidays 10. Worst toxic culture ever in hyd

Limited growth opportunities, lack of mentorship, and negative aspects of company policies like favoritism in some cases promotion or opportunities might be given based on personal relationship rather than merit leading to a lack of fairness.

Overall my Department is good, and Good support I have received from my reporting manager and higher officials. No comments on that.

Cross-functional department is very worst, everyone works on ego. No one holds responsibility/accountblity of their projects, CM/Ops/Cata/Production/Supplychain. No clear commuuniticaion among theirself. Overall work culture is very toxic in Hyd.
