...r after almost 1.5 months, that too after constant follow up. Same for gratuity. They even deducted my salary for no reason. Same with travel allowance. Good for freshers but not for experienced. Please don't apply here if your Mental Health is your priority.

Therapeutic allowance and Leave policy. They have an open door policy and supports employees in learning and adapting to changes.

Dislikes

Sometimes they expect employees to stretch themselves and assign multiple tasks at a time. Everything is process oriented, but managers fail to follow these processes and expect the juniors to stick to it.
