How a person feel when the hospital authorities hire some other employee on your place without giving you any acknowledgement or information and through you out? Just because the public transportation is not available for that route and you are not able to come? It was a disaster and it efforts the mental health of the person most importantly when you the hospital authorities sanctioned the leave and you thought you are on leave. This happened to me personally and affected me badly. It was a shock. THIS IS HOW MY HOSPITAL SUPPORT ME THROUGH COVID 19. Humanity doesn't exists that's all

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
