Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...ach week. No Casual Leave, No Earn Leave & No Medical leave. No Public Holidays. If rain then they will cut one day salary. No working environment by the management. This company is only family buissiness.

Every time owner called you Now what is going on they are analysed your work with how much you take they not provide offer latter and any type of company benifits also infrastructure very poor like old govt. Office
