...working culture is best . And job security is better than other organisations. Management is very important role of arohan because maintain balance of all employees benefits, salary or other problems. All policies very nice.

Exactly , Around all things , Arohan Is best in MFI ,industry for it's , polices, Salary, staff movement but , Some RH always do's as making narrow , policies, divided rules, behave junior's as their house keeper......

I like this company.. Due to the policy procedure is best. The ROI of it's is fabulous than other company. Member are automatically motivated towards us without any motivation by us. In our company members are fully satisfied with us and also to our community. All are cooperated, supported with each other in this company, from ground level to top position.

Dislikes

Everything is OK But one problem that is staff unsatisfied with their salary, incentive, bonous . Salary is credited on time, but the incentive and bonous amount is not credited properly on time.
