Those who sit at the management level of the company are forced to work on holidays. If the Employees does not want to work on the holiday. He is forced to leave the job by mental torture. If there is leave it is company management level people do not want to give employee. Atmosphere is very good. Team bonding is very good. Seniors help a lot in case of any problem. There is enough freedom in the office.

Dislikes

Salary increase very low here. Job security as not at all. No extra money is available for OT. Many have been working for the last 4-5 years, but they have not received any promotion yet.

I m working from past 3 yrs, here you will get job security, salary on time, policies are a bit strict. Love to work here but in support function there career growth is a bit slow. you r the only person to handle all 30 branches and there issue its a bit challenging but some time frustrating. Any how I enjoy my Arohan journey. good luck...
