Likes

There was no much pressure of work which makes us to learn new skills. Salary was given on time even in lockdown period. Everyone in team and others were also very supportive.

Dislikes

There was no proper job portal to work for recruiters. For recruiters budget not mentioned for most of the requirements to work for, it was very big problem. There was no proper place to sit for lunch. We use to sit on in our desks only. There was no proper and sufficient chairs also to sit for. One of the trainers use to make so much partiality to hire freshers. He use to select the candidates who gives lot of respect to him.

Though less but, Salary was credited timely.

Dislikes

...rder to keep Arohas image clean by not making them dissappointed. No growth !!! Extremely less salary and with highly political environment with 2 yr bond, so that no one can quit while they are exploiting.

Aroha is always open for innovations and working there is very Homely and stress less , and really I am Proud that i was part of the Team for 4.5 years .

Dislikes

Couple of small Politics in Project Management and some people fall in the race of proving others wrong , but in face and this politics is negligible compared to any MNC or any other startups .

It is having great in-house trainers like Rajesh to excel the technical skills of candidates. Aroha is associated with very good product based clients like Fintellix Solutions, Happiest Minds etc where there is limitless opportunities to learn, face wide range of challenges so to prosper.

The HR team need to be much streamlined, transparent and the policies must be more student or employee oriented.
