I only liked about Arodek is friendly environment

... Only 4/5 projects they have. And all the branches shown in website are fake. They are hire new interns with 5000 salary and trained them by experienced candidates and whenever the interns are ready they fired the experienced one. If someone wants to grow with learn something new after office hours managers are discourage them and forced to stop your career growth so that you can't switch the company with your new skill set. They don't have proper COC at the time of joining and you will be aware about that you have to serve 3 months notice period.

The best thing is, it feels like home. I feel comfortable to take any decisions regarding my work. I can have a good discussion with my senior if I am stuck at somwhere.

Best things of Arodek is they give oppertunity to fresher / intern to enter in the IT Industry without any bond or payment and also paid them during internship , Arodek works with big client and many oversease project , Its work culture and employee benifits also great . Thanks to be a part of Arodek

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
