Nice working culture, Less work Load, Good Salary hike compare to industry, Bonus every year. Flexible working hour. Alternate Saturday holiday (1st, 3rd & 5th saturday ). Get togethers. Supportive Team mates

Teammates are good and good work environment

Dislikes

Company policies are worst..they cut bonus from employee salary and give the same bonus after 1.5 yrs once joined. Worst part is company policies are shared to employee after employee joins the company...if employee leaves the company before 1 year then employee dont get the bonus which was cut from his own salary.. neither employee gets the experience letter.....gavkhati karbhar he sab.... biggest problem is company dont have HR...

... only if you work as they want. Training here is good. Career growth is average. Salary and appraisal are very much mysterious. Location is very good. Politics in this office is as like any other office. Learning experience is good. Work environment is good. You have to starve to be innovative. Work life balance is good.

Nice company to work with for stability and steady growth. Not for the over ambitious talent though. It gives a good work life balance, but wont add much to the skill sets
