Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...y army wives.One can learn different learning methods from different teachers. When it comes to salary every teacher are paid the same amount,whether you are a fresher or experienced. The working environment is very friendly and less hectic.I suggest who want to make a career in teaching should work in Army School once in a life time.

Dislikes

The teacher has to face interview every year to continue the next session.It is a contractual job.
