There is a lot of politics and the management doesn,t address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...etc. There is no such bound for working hours, it is always for round the clock. At present the salary is around Rs. 70,000/- approximate with free boarding, lodging and medical facility.

Nothing. I will retire after completing 30 yrs of defence service in the month of August 2018, hence seeking for a job after my retirement.
