...ment is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of poliitics and the management dose not address our issues.salary is decent but career growrh is slow.There is a bond of tow years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given.

The organization allows you to grow both professionally in the vertical of your specialty and also in seniority, rank and hierarchy. The organization practices evidence based medicine and is the only organization in the country where one learns the nuances of Military Medicine on land, sea, air and space. There are opportunities to become a doctor and a military man or woman. An amazing career where you learn Medicine, you grow professionally and contribute to nation building!

Dislikes

Pay and allowances are commensurate. Working hard gets you rewards by only awards and recognitions. Foreign travel is much more possible if serving with the Indian Navy

Good work and hard working culture and encouraging environment hard work. ,good food, good salary hike every year

I don't dislike any thing else. I have completed Service of of Subedar Which is 30 years

Other than the salary , and absolutely no work as a doctor , mostly non clinical paper work. It's not everyone's cup of tea.

Dislikes

Male dominated work atmosphere and career option. As much as other people tell , having first hand experience, I can say it's very unsafe, judgemental , and zero work ethic towards women. Atleast as a doctor, other than money ,there is not much army has to offer a doctor.

Nations spirit & 33 years of work experience with patients care,soft skills,posted with various places in India at multiple task,specifically work experience with mentally challenged & drug/Alcohol Addiction person's/martial counseling
