Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Armstrong supporting the employees with the facility of work from home in this Covid situation.They are maintaining hygiene in the office by providing sanitize, mask etc . They are encouraging all employees to maintain social distance while working in the factory.

Company is good but the people who are working specially in Bangalore head office are playing politics and do partiality in annual increments. I would like to mention even the name like Basant Kumar NSM,Lekha kiran ,kunjan chawal RSM.
