Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

This was good as my entrepreneurial dream came true. Had an opportunity to visualize about the company's future, the pace of growth . Setting goals for top-line, bottom-line and pushing the team to achieve the same. Putting in place new branches, new associates. Building team for last mile deliveries in the entire state of Gujarat.
