Work life Balance -There is no any work in the Company, Everyone do time pass including Higher management. Area head , Cluster Head are full of Gossips and judge their own RMs in a very wrong Manner. They think everyone is liar.. They Recruite Employees and after 2 or 3 month..Tata Bye bye..Hire and Fire. No probation Policy.. nothing. So No Job security, People gate removed after 2-3 months ..so no chance of appraisal and Promotion. No satisfaction at all Skill Development -Trainer shows YouTube Videos in training,she doesn't know anything. Pathetic Culture..HR policies are only on paper...it's a myth. As a start up....Company can't manage People .. direct and management didn't have any patience.. Do not join the company.

There is no leads as such they have promised and all the channels opening and Closing soon mangement is not stable just hiring and Firing Without the Raw Material they need food that is impossible First of all there is no job security even u joined 15 days back Mangement is not able to take decision Making fool just changing statement every then and now they are all are not human being Destroyed people's career Single Earner became Jobless even not given notice period too for changing the job
