Policies changes time to time. Salary bellow average. HR unnecessary poke their nose everywhere. No food coupon, No bonus, No appreciation, No office cab facilities even for a girls on night shifts, No team outing , team lunch.. They will try everything possible to save the money . Serious Micromanagement especially high salary employees

The only thing to be said good about this company is the quarterly available Paid leave and casual leaves.

Dislikes

...leaves are allowed unless it's for any medical need. Marriage leave only 7 days. Salary is not credited on time as committed. Management is paid in advance by the clients but makes excuses at times and purposely delays salary. Notice period to be served is 90 days, which clients are not aware about. No support from TL or manager if you mess something serious enough, you are terminated. So job security is 0. Even medical benefits card provided were not of use at many hospital, benefits are also namesake. There were no team outings or gathering and fun stuff by company, unless you take money from the pocket and celebrate together. During work from home, the company did not even provide laptop to all employees. Arranged second/used laptop and dongle to those who had personal laptops.

...nation which already done 10 years back in the industry like Web Designer. 😄 Change offering salary package just before 2 days of joining. Very lazy managers. Bad HR policy etc

... good , following like MNC standards, we can learn a lot in terms of technology. Salary hike you won't get that much very less percentage. Apart from everything is fine in terms of cultural activity all good only.

Nothing to learn in armia systems and also they changed policy anytime and they forced to follow it other wise they directly ask employees to live job within 3 month's. If employees got any job they will sticks with there 90 days notice period and also management team will not help on it.
