no job security.no growth.no salary increment. harassment from head nurse and clinical nurse .took two years to b recognized as a specialist.salary not according to job description ,qualification and risk involved.appraisals are done by head nurse and partial in recommendations for salary increment and no role for nephrologist.

Job security is good but lot of discrimination on the basis of junior and senior, workload is terrible. Nursing officer held responsible for each and every thing. Whether it is related to patient care, administration, cleanliness, decoration, VIP visit etc

Discrimination on the basis of junior and senior. Workload is terrible. Lengthy duty hours. Work related stress is maximum. No co-operation from administration side many times. Nursing officer held responsible for each and every thing. Whether related to patient care, administration, cleanliness, decoration of hospital for VIP visit, documentation, visitors etc

Discipline, Time of punctuality,All work doing under time. Motivation,campion about covid 19, awareness,,lecture ,preventive measure for covid 19. Armed Forces Hosp is the best hosp in our country .

Well desciplened staff, neat & clean atmosphere, well staff cordinaton, well place for learning and practical work, time to time learning of latest technology, well living accommodation. Before starting covid _19 lockdown I retired, but if I have any problem occure I am applicable to visit Armed Forces hospital for any disease

Nothing, there is almost every facilities available, I feel proud while serving nation.

Likes

Working for the armed forces was a priceless privilege. To work for the nation, be a part of a family with great ethos and tradition was heart warming . It was an experience to cherish for a life time.
