Its very good company. Salary , expenses and perks received on time. If you are punctual and hard worker , you can think for long time and company also supports you.

Dislikes

Recently in March 2021 company has created Regional Manager positions at Some locations like Pune, etc. And hired new person and these new people learning from their subordinates and then these people now cross working with them. Its good where any Area Business Manager is promoted to Regional Post. But its not fair where new persons are taken. Second thing I dislike about company is that they give more importance to Distributors. Particularly the long time distributors.

Poor working environment and strategies, Salary package is also less and services are very poor and I loss 10 k in my hand

I am worked at NPT division there blood glucose monitor and bp monitor are selled to retailer from distribution, ABM must tie up new distributors and retailers but after selled device's has no service and no response ,and cfa is in mumbai there no service center in Karnataka

Its really amazing place to work and all staff members are co-operative. Company work-timing is too good. By working over here, actually it's make Possible to have work-life balance.

From the industrial aspects, Here salary structure is very low comparatively other competitive industries and second thing is that, as a tag with MNC company it has a 6 days working which is little bit weird, Company needs to look over it.

On time salary, work life balance, canteen facilities good, job timing & job security good. Staff are helping to fresher. Good learning experience for fresher.
