Company lacks ethical people. Hardly few are supportive & provide guidance. Messed up with job responsibilities. People are just passing ball to another. Purchase planning & store team is not at all supportive...& Lacking in ethical work communication. higher management team just in search of scape goat to push responsibilities. Works just on SOPs not on need of an hour's Thereby lacking cooperation between teams Need revamp of people. HR is also not up to the mark. Company do not replicate MNC structure. Pls do not go by the name. Unless you're in badly need of job.

1. Being manufacturing company, workers and plant employees gets good facilities 2. Health and Safety of employees are priority

1. Being in Accounts and Finance team, management was very poor and dominating . Least employee friendly 2. Work culture is not good

Good for the company payroll employee, EHS team only General manager Mr. Surve and assist manager Mr. Suhas is Supportive for learning new things related to EHS, Production and Maintenance team are really helpful and they really do a good job, I was there as a contract employee but Mr. Suhas and Mr. Surve always help me to learn and provided all information about how to work as safety professional and environment, thanx for that it helps me for future purpose.
