The most interesting part in group Arkays is that you can see staffs working for the group for more than 20 years!! and they still enjoying their work as if they joined recently. The over all culture is amazing and very employee friendly. Management always try to be transparent and they always keep their commitments. Work life balance is there.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
