As I saw transitioning from Capricot to Arkance In, noticed a lot of unprofessional behavior especially from regional head and managers. Instead of supporting and encouraging others they seem more focused on protecting their own positions. If someone knows more or does better than them, they see it as a threat. They start spreading false rumors, damage that persons reputation and even try to push them out of the company just to secure their own place. Some employees who have been working there for years add to the problems. Instead of doing their work professionally, they gossip interfere in others personal space and talk badly about people being their backs. This creates a toxic work environment where its hard to trust anyone. The company also doesn't value its employees properly. Talented people are underpaid and overworked and the promises made by the management about better salaries, growth opportunity or career development are rarely kept. These promises often feel like a way to keep employees hopeful without any real intention of fulfilling them. The overall work culture is disappointing. There's no encouragement for creativity, no proper recognition for hard work, and no fair treatment. If you try yo share ideas or give feedback its taken as a threat instead of a chance of improve. The focus isn't on teamwork or growth its on politics and self interest. I just want to say this "don't join this company". Its not worth your time effort or talent.
