Everything is about Arkan security is not good bcz of Line manager Niaz, he treat every security guard as shit. If someone is not feeling to go Bluewater he abuse and forcefully send him On that location and he don't know how to give respect to security guard. IDIOt

Arkan Company is the best in United Arab Emirates (Dubai). I really enjoyed working here. I am proud that I worked in Arkan Company. I really Love this Organisation.

Before that company likes my home but in these few years it was such a dump and careless about their workers. Better but true

Unwanted money cut if we asked then not any satisfied answer to anyone some line manager like Nias who was handle GV and Tcom so much arrogant he don't want listen simple security guard. He also don't manners how to talk with person mostly with security. I was work there 9 years 4 months that kind of person line manager such a worst and more worst👎.

Higher managemenr is good, loe leval some of seroius have lots of minus points , like giving prefrence to same religious . Some of security have serious reason in there home country but no help from there supervisor ,line manager. 2. I work 4yrs 7month in arkan but no physical activity in camp like gym. 3. Plus point of this company 'Kitchen for cooking. Because of this facility i give refrence to my friend's to work in arkan. 5. At last ..security should work hard and seriously, without negligence, duty voilation. Soon i will join again arkan ..*****

Company should give vacation time to time ,without delay days, Because some security have some function wich celebrate with family. Need to provide gym. Need to upgrade medical insurance card upper leval. In 2014,15 medical card ,insurance company is very good, now is noot good for, small problem they take more then 4,5 hour . We have to Waight for aproval. Even for xray also.
