Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is really transparent, there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling, arkan company policy are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Job security is one of the best thing , supported by good management with lot of relaxation and fun to enjoy your work.

Dislikes

The only thing is related to accomdation regarding the fellow men or college doing nonsense and get escaped.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
