Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Terrible Job security. Bad management. No one bothers to help you here. If you ask questions, you will termed 'non-autonomous'. No KT, no documentation. They intentionally set you up to fail. Hire and fire company as I was put on PIP 2 months into my joining. Toxic culture as no one bothers about anyone else. Log in, Work and Log-off. Office cannot even ship required peripherals to your location. You have to collect it from the office. The management are least bothred about employees.

No Induction, Poor and Biased Sr. Management in India, Politics, No career Growth for people, No Job-security (Hire and Fire Company). Salary/Compensation not at par with Industry. Management will ensure you are demotivated and harnessed regularly at work.
