There’s no work life balance as you are expected to work on weekends and also after office hours. The work culture is not organised and you are expected to work with full dedication without any direction. They are hiring alot of people without proper planning or JD.

The HR is a spoilt brat creating toxic work culture policies. Unethical moves and culture adopted. Most of the employees are resigning due to bad policies, biased work culture adoption. The management is under pressure to hire but HR is extremely unethical

My company is growing & doing extremely well & is all set to achieve bigger milestones in the years to come. Getting to Learn new techniques here. Management is always keen to understand employees’ concerns & does everything to address them & make the working environment & culture more nurturing & satisfying. Seniors are friendly & supportive. I am proud to be a family member of my Arkade family.

I recently went through an interview and onboarding process and it was truly impressive experience. The HR team is proactive in providing all the necessary information and paperwork, making the transition into company seamless.
