You can't be get your salary on time, you have to wait for your money for next 2-3 month You have to sign a leggaly contract (than you always be work on a fear and pressure environment ) . Company will take an 1 lakh bank cheque and your two blank cheque with you without cancel and your sign Now it's mandatory ki you have to work here for next month even management pressure you when you can't get your salary that you can't leave otherwise we will put cheque in bank. You can't get your noticed times salary(don't be hope from them) Don't be go after watching insta and other perks image.

... you without giving PIP or any warning. With me 3 employees were fired same day. Whenever a person salary goes beyond their budget, They fire them. If you also planning to join in digital marketing, don't go there, they will give repeated task. They prefer those employees who can be their chamchas.

I'm working with Arka Softwares for more than 5 years.   Here is why you must work with Arka Softwares: 1. You will have mentors that will help you push yourself and get the best out of you. You will learn and grow your career at a very fast pace. 2. You will have good growth in terms of finance as well. Of course, that depends on your skills and how you perform. If you are performing well, and matching the expectations, you will be appreciated. 3. You will be working for 5 days, Monday to Friday. 4. You will get exposure to the new tools and technologies in your field.

I really love working at ARKA Softwares, people are friendly and helpful, hr 's are good always supportive, seniors are good, salary was on time, and everything was great. And great learning opportunities.

Nothing bad as such, I loved what I did and got recognised for it too. May be a little work life balance can be maintain for us clients.
