1.They are given salary on time and celebrate all the festivals. 2.Providing more facilities for employees parents likes Medical insurance &Etc. 3. Company owner Mr. Rishi Khemka always motivate us in every town halls. 4. HR Team Always give us excellence support after Raising any question &queries.

Dislikes

1. Job security if they don’t like employees how are not participating they activists or function they start to cut of them. 2. Always give all benifites and advantages to their favourite employees. 3.they never support other employees to achieve their monthly targets. 4. If somebody rise this that his team leader or manger not supporting us properly them again they start showing their anger on the employee. 5. If someone to fit for sales department so you should fixed them in another but they will make employees image in front of higher managements they are not fit for our company because they don’t have intasity to work&all. 6. After getting call from Hr to put down the paper then they came to employee and give us fake sympathy that we are try our level best but due to performance management was take those actions. After asking to the Hr who do this they said your manager. It’s always happened in sales compliance department. 7.team leader,Managers all are doing partially with there employees.

- Every senior leaders are proudy - They never understand about the employee - Hr team is worst - No work understanding in the team - They always treats their juniors as slave - During joining they mentioned as 05 Days work , but you have work 07 Days only - During my joining I was said as one day work from office will be there later on they made is compulsory. - IT and finance team is not supportive - Mr. ARBAZ the head of Marketing is worst , he knows nothing shill tries to make employees work like a slave . He is openly biased with his favourites and extremely worst against the one’s who is not his “ Chamcha” . - You will be said that you’re core team member and made you work from 09:30 Am - 10:00 Pm. - If you’re 05 mins also late in login they they cut your pay - Reimbursement are disbursed lately

Salary on time is the only positive aspect of working here

Dislikes

Everything. Starting from the company culture to high level of politics to scandals. Its like game of thrones. The CEO is a nice man but is dumb. He is so dependent on 2-3 of managers that his entire staff laughs at him. The 2-3 mangers are real rulers of this company. They manipulate the DUMB CEO and get things done their way. Then there are office scandals. One of the manager is involved with some office girl. same manager has his own side companies and is making lot of money it seems.

Dislikes

Salary compensations are extremely low. As compared to industry standards, a fresher SME gets salary equal to a clerk. They are not very well structured. Company has thin idea what to do next. Mismanaged and lack of proper communication. They don't have proper goal setting. The marketing team's mistakes are often burdened on Academics team.

Likes

It's a secured job and if you are willing to learn there will be lot of opportunities provided.

Dislikes

It's not about dislike. The salary will be comparatively low but it's assured.Even in the COVID times, employees had received their salary without any delay.
