Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

There is nothing to like about Ariya Decor Pvt Ltd, other name of it is Ariya Homes

...nuary 2024 and it was my worst decision. No Job Security. No Professional Staff. No Salary Slip Provided. No Medical Insurance. No Fixed Time of Salary. Its a jhola chap organization not a company. Don't be a part of Ariya Decor Pvt Ltd/ Ariya Home else you will regret and suffer. Its a bussiness of owner to eat up Employee's salary and tent them to resign but this time good lesson will be taught to the couple who are owner of Ariya Decor/Ariya Homes. My app amount of ₹ 58000 is pending with Ariya Decor and now they will bear the consequences as per Industrial Laws and Employment and Labour Laws
