Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...omly call you one day and said you are no more with us. No compensation at all. Salary is not yet paid. Fnf is pending since oct 2021. They are not even paying salary to the teacher which are currently working

Great work culture at ARIV. Experienced leadership team and faculty. Very patient and adjusting management team in lectures, timetable and content discussions. Highly recommend to any teacher, counsellor, content maker to be a part of and make a career.

Company is providing a platform to showcase talent. The best part is appropriation of faculties. Workshops helps everyone to learn new new things. Even management people are good.

Dislikes

Its just beginning so I dont feel this is correct way and time to comment on it right now because we are in foundation state.
