I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Company is good, people there are interested in politics internally. No knowledge of mkt and ground level. Don't want to listen. If I talk about head service manager there he is big wala stupid and non productive fellow.Just want to be smart in management but out put is zero.
