If you're party animal, they have it for you They would not give you appraisal more than 11per cent a year and it can go to 5 per cent when they say the other companies are even laying off, which is not true If you're experienced person, talented, already earning more than 20 lakhs a year which satisfy you, then you just work here, enjoy no pressure at all. People are supportive here. But politics is everywhere

All the work management and work culture. They just play around with you, Hire for other profile, and put on other work profile then management keep shouting out at you. They have been doing less than micro-management. So if you are planning to join think more than 100 times before joining this company.
