There is lot of politics on higher level as well as internal . Salary is decent but career growth is slow due to higher management

100% fake sale pushing stocks fake base just to do that target huge adjustment part you will lose your whole salary in adjustment, no future in this company

8 hours job, no need to stay extra for overtime, you can enjoy your personal life

Not much to learn, ok for freshers. They don't give much hike or increment on salary. Please don't join ADL. The worst department in Aristo.

1. Simple instrumentation. 2. Over time for extra work. 3. Cheapest canteen. 4. Maximum leave in a year(30 PL, 10 SL, 7 CL, TOTAL 47).CL converted to PL next year if don't take CL. 5. After confirmation you get 5% increment. 6. Very less salary deduction.(only PF and bonus and tax. Or ESI). 7. Attractive gifts in Diwali.

1. Increment is fixed for each posts. 2.No salary revision after promotion.

Likes

Good work environment and Senior Manager are very supportive. Company giving salary on time to time specially in pandemic situation. They're are very caring people for employees. Company policies are very transparent and supporting.

Dislikes

Salary is average and career growth is very slow. Need to improve the technical part also. Training for sales field force is not regular and effective. Need to improve reporting part, inputs and educational programs for the sales team members.
