In some of the cases, it was found that reportees are getting paid the same or more than their supervisor, even though they have less experience and skills than their supervisors.

Terrible management, don't know when and who would be given pink slip. Serious disparity in salary structure. Extended work hours and no work life balance.

Teammates are supportive. Appraisals are fair and will get fine hike. Managers also good at recognising the deserved teammates.

Genuine Review: Compensation is very less compared to outside, A lot of politics in Customer support at the Manager level, destroying the good environment of the process, Spreading negativity, talking & stabbing behind the back, Showing off, demotivating staff, taking others' work credits, unprofessionalism, favoritism.
