This is a very good company, being a new company it never disappoints to their employees. Administrative support is very good, branch manager and colleagues are very supportive.

Dislikes

I started disliking the credit policy like the rate of interest, mandatory documents of applicant as well of guarantor, long time processing of a loan etc.

A good environment to work . Place to learn more and in case any person have the inclination to take responsibility can learn a lot and can have a good carrier in days to come . The policies are transparent and no one is above the Policy . In case an executive can deliver the result and meet the target there is no issue in the Job Security . Individual performance is monitored - if he can deliver as per his KRA - his job is secured >>> the management is completely focused result oriented and for that continuous on job training and make trained in all departments - hence make an executive from a trainee to a Manager .
