Management always considered staffs security, they will provide daily sanitizer, working environment is too clean and good. They will provide so many benefits to our staffs for example: staffs scholarship, loan, medical allowances. Now limited staffs are working here.they will give training for new staffs. MMA class, Malarchi training etc..,

Dislikes

Less salary and they will not support educated candidates. Then career growth is slow

1. Good company for people to learn business and every other knowledge regarding retail business, supply chain management and marketing. 2. Colleagues of the company and employees are very helping in nature especially the MIS and IT department. 3. The management of the company Have interaction with all from managing director , General manager to a lower level sub ordinates.

Dislikes

The company is good at it's market. So there are no dislike I have with the company .
