Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...worry about it.the company's policy is to do one or two good projects at a time. salary is on time by 10th of every month.management is easily available to all level employees.HR department is decent and supportive, environment is good. pantry system is excellent & no boundation.

Dislikes

Salary is everything no other benefits, appraisal is late. some dear department heads do not care any rules. no work life balance here. only 1 leave (CL) per month, No EL, Short or other leave. management creates issues to take leave (CL) with Sunday.
