Arihant is a very stable organization with structured career growth. Salary is decent. Opportunities to grow & progress within the company. Able to learn new things. Culture of continuous improvement. Great learning experience & hands on latest technologies. Great colleagues & peers are very helpful.

The company lacked the necessary feedback which would have helped employee perform at a higher level.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I like the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also there's no on job training for freshers, hence senior like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

Saturday is off but when load comes you have to work on Saturday Sunday also

Dirty Politics from Manager Hr's, work load is more, If you left from office then they hold your salary, documents are also hold

Company run by old boot lickers employees, who doesn't welcome any new process. Zero career growth and learning opportunity. You don't work as per your job role.
