Installation and Servicing division getting the more traveling. Intrrnal politics is big issue. Learning more if you taking intereste.Works life balance 8s very low, if your not interested you means you die no one help you. Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also there's no on job training for freshers, hence senior like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.
