Installation and Servicing division getting the more traveling. Intrrnal politics is big issue. Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also there's no on job training for freshers, hence senior like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
