Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Nothing. They are BIG Liars. The company is being sold. Hope the new management is better.

Dislikes

I have never had such experience in my 10 years of career. They can only cheat people and employees. It's not about my personal dissatisfaction but it's the reality. The MD Esha does not know how to talk to employees, threatening their families. DOES NOT PAY SALARY to anyone she dislikes irrespective of their work.
