In Aries agro Ltd. I worked in Jammu HQ I in this organisation I got lots of support from my seniors and learnt a lot, work pressure is there offcause but late off different thing is also there to motivate you.

In official level company is good,but on regional level,very bad politics happen. management not see the problem of ground staff.
