Politics, Discrimination, Bad Future Goals by Senior Management, Senior Management is very poor and lazy, they don't have clarity about busu ess in Engineering Department. No Salty hike or increment, No Promotions There is no scope of Projects for Hardware Engineers.

...re 3 day Per week as per HR Policy. But it may be 5 days as per Project Manager. Salary is good. Team Mates are good. Office Campus is good with greenery but it doesn't matter if there is no work life balance.

No Work Life Balance, Work Pressure, No Skills Development, No Working Time, I have done work for day and night and even on Saturday. Managers things about them they are the King of the Kingdom and are not supportive.

Great technical exposure to Cisco products and advanced troubleshooting. Good learning opportunities for freshers with supportive colleagues.

Dislikes

... manager lacked leadership skills, negatively impacting morale and productivity. Low compensation with minimal salary hikes. No MBBS doctors or essential medicines provided.
