Environment and support and Safety was only thing which I like. And I learnt so much there specially with my Qc team acception My manager.

Dislikes

Not paying salary at proper time and as you have discussed in interview time they says anything alse and actuality was anything alse. They was ask to come even Sunday also and not pay for this.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
