Poor chain of command, worst behaviour of superior, mostly the employees pertaining to Industries and Commerce Department, the worst salary system, Monthly Salary credits most after 20-25 days after speculated time, They have a system of performance linked Incentive, which they cut from the salary and that too is very irregular.
